Return Policy

Customer Return Policy:
For all Condor Outdoor Products purchased at an independent retailers, please contact retailer directly in regards to returns and exchanges.

Dealer Return Policy:
Dealers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to return any item.  To receive an authorization number, please contact your Condor Sales Representative. No return will be accepted without the proper authorization number. Claims for any damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receiving products. Any damaged or defective goods must be received at the Condor Distribution Center within 10 days after the RMA number was issued, unless otherwise specified in correspondence. No returns will be accepted for any products that have been soiled, worn, bare wear, tear, markings, or any damage or wear that is not considered a manufacturer defect, and items that do not have the original tags and/or stickers.
Dealers may return items up to 30 days after initial purchase. Unwanted Item Returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The dealer will also be responsible for return shipping, insurance, and tracking of Unwanted Item Returns. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or packing slip. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as credit. Dealers will be notified of how the return is being handled. Returns will be issued after the items arrive at the Condor Distribution Center and have been inspected. Returns received in non-returnable conditions will be rejected and shipped back to the owner. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if it does not comply with our policies.

Shipping Policy

Condor is able to ship products to anywhere in the United States using select shipping providers like UPS. Shipping charges are typically determined by shipping method, weight and dimension of the order, as well as the destination. Please note that some products cannot be shipped to international locations due to regulations. Please submit a message to us if you would like to discuss international order options.

Warranty

Condor Outdoor Products Inc. guarantees its products for one year from the original date of purchase. Apparel warranty is for 90 days. This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, then Condor will repair or replace with like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, sun damage or the natural breakdown of colors and material over time. Clothing items must be in un-worn, unwashed condition to be eligible for warranty. To make warranty claim, End User must return to the original Authorized Condor Dealer where the item was purchased and submit original sales receipt. Dealer will then contact Condor and follow its procedures.

Trademark, Copyright and Patent Rights 

Condor Outdoor Products, Inc. respects the intellectual property of others and vigorously protects its own intellectual property rights as well. Condor views infringement of intellectual property as a serious matter and therefore implements the strictest standards to resolve any intellectual property disputes. 

This website and its entire contents and features, including, but not limited to all texts, displays, graphics, logos, images, icons, videos, audio clips, designs, digital downloads and software are the exclusive proprietary and intellectual property of Condor or its content suppliers, which are subject to the protection of United States and international copyright, trademark, patent laws. All rights, title and interest to the entire website belong to Condor. 

You are permitted to use our website solely for a personal and non-commercial purpose. At no time does the use of our website authorize you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, use for commercial purpose, republish, download, publicly display, or transmit any material obtained from our website in any way that would contravene the law. 

To obtain authorization or consent from Condor to use any material on our website, please submit a formal request for use to our Legal Department at legal@condoroutdoor.com. Upon our receipt, Condor will review your request and exercise sole discretion in determining whether the requested use will be authorized. Any approval by Condor of the requested use will be sent via written notification. 

Report of Intellectual Property Infringement 

To report any claim that your work has been improperly copied or posted on our website, such that it constitutes infringement, please provide notice immediately to our Legal Department at legal@condoroutdoor.com with the following information: 

- 1). your contact name, address, telephone number, and email address; 

- 2). a description of the claimed infringing work or item; 

- 3). any trademark, copyright or patent registration number that is claimed to be infringed; 

- 4). a description or digital link to where the claimed infringing work or item was found; 

- 5). a written statement that you have good faith belief that the claimed infringing work or item is being used by Condor without the owner’s authorization; and 

- 6). a statement by the contact person made under the penalty of perjury that the above information you claim is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of the claimed infringing work or item 

Condor’s customers who have helped identify infringing users of our intellectual property in the past are always appreciated. If you discover any instance of trademark, copyright, or patent infringement of Condor’s intellectual property, we would appreciate your assistance by contacting our Legal Department at legal@condoroutdoor.com with the following information: 

 - 1). a description of the claimed infringing work or item; 

- 2). a copy or image of the claimed infringing work, or a digital link to where the claimed infringing work or item was found; 

- 3) a description of how the claimed infringing work was discovered; and 

- 4). your contact information including name, address, telephone number and email address.
